Dr. Jyl Rubin, DVM, CVA, FAAO

Dr. Jyl Rubin is an integrative veterinarian with more than 30 years of professional experience, operating both mobile and stationary practices since 1999. She offers advanced therapeutic modalities, such as medical ozone therapy, Photobiomodulation (UVB), Prolozone, ozone glycerin, acupuncture, intravenous vitamin C, microbiome therapy, mistletoe, Chinese medicine, and integrative oncology.

Certified as an ozone practitioner since 2015, Dr. Rubin holds fellowship status in the American Academy of Ozone Therapy and retains memberships in the American Holistic Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association. In 2023, she established RegenO3one Vet, the first woman-owned veterinary company specializing in medical ozone therapy education and clinical innovation for pets. Through a hands-on training approach, she educates veterinarians in medical ozone therapy, microbiome integration, and oncology.

An international speaker and educator, Dr. Rubin teaches RACE-approved courses on medical ozone therapy, microbiome medicine, and integrative oncology. She has authored a veterinary ozone therapy textbook, peer-reviewed articles, and comprehensive procedure guides for clinical veterinary ozone applications.

As founder of the nonprofit Veterinary After Rescue Kare (VARK), Dr. Rubin has received media coverage from outlets including Animal Planet, CBS, Fox, and Disney Radio.

Dr Tom Toia has been in private practice for over 50 years and brings experience  of laser usage and problems that occur with the usage in the office, staff questions and training of both the doctor and staff. Laser safety is an important factor and using the equipment safely and effectively to get the desired outcome for the patient.  He has worked in many types of multi-disciplined offices on the benefits of photobiomodulation therapies and the benefits they produce.
